About Us

EstateFunnel is the new startup of the founding president of Urbanimmersive, Ghislain Lemire. Before his departure in December 2023 from Urbanimmersive, the company he founded in 2007, specializing in real estate photography, served nearly 20,000 real estate brokers in North America under several banners such as EGP Techno, Immophoto, Agento here in Quebec, as well as HomeVisit, iMoto in the United States.

Today, partnered with his son Olivier, also a computer developer who has worked at Urbanimmersive, the new startup will focus on enhancing the real estate broker themselves through advanced, high-performing, and dynamic real estate broker websites in terms of content.

Drawing from their experience in developing and marketing SaaS solutions in the real estate industry, the two Lemires aim to revitalize the role that real estate websites should play with cost-effective and intelligent solutions tailored to the needs of brokers.
