Lead Replacement Policy

Important Notice

No refunds are offered for lead purchases. However, if a lead is deemed invalid according to the criteria below, an equivalent credit will be added to your Estatefunnel credit line.

1

Origin and Validation of Leads

Leads come from the MonCourtierParfait platform, owned by Estatefunnel, where consumers fill out a detailed form to receive video messages from brokers. These forms act as an initial motivation filter.

Validation Methods:

Account validation during signup on MonCourtierParfait to receive videos.

Confirmed response to an interaction with our conversational bot.

Once validated, the lead is considered authentic and eligible under the replacement policy.

2

Definition of an Invalid Lead

An invalid lead refers to a false consumer or fraudulent registration. The following are considered invalid leads:

A person testing the platform without real intent (e.g., real estate or mortgage broker).

A person affiliated with a competing company of Estatefunnel.

A person using the platform to sell services to brokers.

If the same consumer registers again within a short period of time (for example, less than 14 days), only the first lead is considered valid.

In these cases, a full credit equivalent to the lead's cost will be added to your Estatefunnel credit line.

3

Not Considered Invalid Leads

The following situations are normal consumer behaviors and do not justify lead replacement:

The consumer does not answer calls or messages. It is understood that consumers have caller ID allowing them to recognize who is calling before answering, and they may choose not to engage with a broker they do not know.

The consumer does not return messages (text, voicemail, or in-app chat).

The consumer refuses to meet.

The consumer claims not to remember filling out the form (which can only be completed by the consumer after phone validation).

The consumer already found a broker before your call.

The consumer mentions receiving calls from other brokers (they may have filled out other forms elsewhere).

The consumer only wants a free evaluation without immediate intent to sell.

The consumer plans to sell in over a year.

The consumer does not speak your language or is hearing-impaired.

The consumer changed their mind and no longer wishes to buy or sell.

In general, a lead is not considered invalid as long as it represents a real, reachable contact who has shown any level of interest, even if weak or delayed, in a real estate project. Lack of response, delayed follow-up, or mismatch with the broker’s expectations are not valid reasons for replacement.

4

Replacement Procedure

How to Proceed:

If a lead meets the definition of a false lead, submit the relevant information (name, number, and explanation) to our validation team through your Support function in the Estatefunnel App . Once confirmed, the equivalent amount will be added automatically to your Estatefunnel credit line.

5

Summary

No direct refunds.

Credit provided if the lead is confirmed invalid.

Non-responses or refusals are not considered invalid leads.
