Welcome to Estatefunnel, an online platform designed to help users produce high-quality real estate videos through a range of tools for capturing, editing, and publishing video content online. This includes video tours, slideshows, and other multimedia enhancements for distribution and use on third-party platforms (hereinafter referred to as "the Application").

The Application, services, features, designs, and software are collectively referred to as "the Services." These Services are owned by Estatefunnel Inc., located in Ste-Julie, Quebec Canada.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you may not access or use the Services.
The Services are offered to brokers, agencies, mortgage professionals, and other businesses that use Estatefunnel in connection with their professional activities. A person who creates or administers an account for a business confirms that they are authorized to accept these Terms on that business's behalf.
The client remains responsible for its websites, content, leads, and the personal information it collects or receives through the Services. Estatefunnel acts as a technical provider to host, operate, and support the features requested by the client. The client must obtain required consents, provide required notices, and comply with applicable laws governing its communications, marketing activities, and handling of personal information.
When the client uses forms, email or SMS confirmations, or any other communication feature, it is responsible for the wording shown to visitors, the validity of consents, and honoring unsubscribe or opt-out requests. Estatefunnel may send technical communications necessary to operate the Services and may use third-party providers to deliver them.
Estatefunnel may make AI-assisted content creation tools available. Their use remains optional and at the client's discretion. The client is responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing all content generated or supplemented with these tools, and for ensuring that it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate before publication.
Estatefunnel reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Website or in the Application. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Services.
Subject to these Terms, Estatefunnel grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or business purposes within Canada.

In the event of a violation of these restrictions, Estatefunnel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice. Additional actions, including legal proceedings, may be pursued in cases of severe or repeated violations.

The Services provided include, among other things, lead generation via forms integrated into the platform. While we strive to ensure high-quality service, these features rely on third-party technologies and infrastructures that we do not fully control.
You agree to use the Services at your own risk. In case of malfunction or unforeseen events affecting the Services, Estatefunnel will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, but no warranty is given regarding uninterrupted availability or flawless performance of the Services.
A dormant lead is a consumer who, within 72 hours after we receive their form, (i) has not watched any broker intro video and/or (ii) has not created any match with a broker.
After this 72‑hour period, the dormant lead may be offered for exclusive acquisition to a single real estate broker active on the platform. A lead is never resold to multiple brokers.
The acquisition price of a lead varies by territory, demand and seasonality. No refunds are granted once the lead has been acquired.
By submitting the form, the consumer gives express consent to be contacted about their request by phone, SMS, email and in‑app notifications by MonCourtierParfait and partner brokers likely to process the request, even if the number is on the National Do Not Call List. This consent remains valid until revoked by the consumer.
MonCourtierParfait records the timestamp, IP address and a copy of the consent text. Brokers agree to:
Estatefunnel does not store credit card information collected through the Service once it has been transmitted to the payment services provider for transaction processing. When a client completes a transaction, they provide their credit card details, including expiry date, security code, and any other necessary information for payment processing. This information is temporarily stored on a secure page during processing and is then deleted after transmission to the payment services provider or the issuing bank for payment confirmation.
Estatefunnel employs rigorous measures to safeguard your credit card information. Access to the Service and online payment system is secured using HTTPS protocol, and all transmitted information is encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology during transfer.
Estatefunnel disclaims any responsibility for the retention of credit card data entered via a Photographer's unique URL link.
The Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis, with no minimum commitment term. Applicable fees, including taxes, are those displayed at the time of subscription or plan change. Subscriptions are billed automatically until cancelled.
Certain features consume tokens. Tokens are not sold separately: any addition of tokens is made by adjusting the monthly subscription and increases the applicable monthly price.
A website provided with a subscription is a rented service and remains the property of Estatefunnel; it is not sold or transferred to the client. Plans may be a base website, with pricing that may vary based on when and under which conditions it was sold, or a PRO plan with additional features and the token system.
When a plan includes Multi-Prêts Connecté services, certain tools or content from that partner may be displayed on the website. Leads generated through those tools are handled in accordance with the consents presented to visitors and the applicable partnership terms.
Service startup includes an onboarding process. Afterwards, the client may edit its own website using the available tools or request pay-per-change services, billed at the applicable rates. No final approval of the website is required.
The visibility score is an informational indicator only. It does not guarantee any ranking, indexing, or visibility on search engines, artificial intelligence tools, or any other third-party platform.
You retain ownership of the videos, images, and other content you create using the Services ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant Estatefunnel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display Your Content in order to provide the Services.

Estatefunnel reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
The Estatefunnel application enables, among other things, the capture, upload, processing, and publication of videos and photographs. The client is responsible for deciding whether, when, and how these tools are used in connection with its activities.
Before any capture, upload, or publication, the client must obtain the necessary permissions from the owner, occupants, and, where applicable, identifiable individuals, as well as the required rights to any music, images, trademarks, and other included content. The client remains responsible for complying with rules applicable to a property, listing, and its professional advertising.
Artificial intelligence features may generate, edit, or supplement images from materials provided by the client. They do not guarantee accuracy, availability, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose. The client must review every result before publication and must not publish an image that alters or presents the property in a false, misleading, or incomplete manner.
The client must also disclose that an image is generated or modified by AI when required by law, professional rules, a listing service, or a platform. Estatefunnel may remove, decline to process, or disable any content that appears to violate these Terms, third-party rights, or applicable rules.
Brokers registered with Estatefunnel may, at their discretion, connect a Google account to enable certain features. Estatefunnel accesses Google user data only to provide or improve the features requested by the broker and described below. Estatefunnel's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Estatefunnel does not access the content of events that are not created or managed by the application. Availability information consulted to avoid scheduling conflicts does not include event titles, descriptions, attendees, or event content. OAuth access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions authorized by the broker; the connected account's email address may be displayed only to identify that account.
Estatefunnel does not sell Google user data and does not use or transfer it for advertising, marketing, or audience measurement. It is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. No human reads this data except with the broker's explicit consent, when necessary for security, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Data may be processed by technical sub-processors only to the extent necessary to securely operate the requested features and subject to confidentiality obligations. It is never shared with advertising, marketing, or analytics tools. The broker can disconnect the account in Estatefunnel or revoke access from the broker's Google Account; revocation disables synchronization and deletes tokens retained by Estatefunnel.
By using YouTube features, the broker agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledges that Google processes data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
Your privacy is important to us. Estatefunnel collects, uses, and stores personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.estatefunnel.com/en/privacy-policy for more details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment term. Cancellation or termination ends access to the Services. The website, its media, and associated data are then deleted; Estatefunnel keeps no archive and offers no restoration.
No refunds are issued following cancellation, suspension, or termination, except where required by law.
Estatefunnel offers an automatic posting feature to share content directly on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn (hereinafter referred to as "Social Media Platforms"). By using this feature, you agree to the following terms:
You are responsible for ensuring that all content posted through the Services complies with the terms of use, community guidelines, and content standards of each Social Media Platform.
By connecting your social media accounts to Estatefunnel, you grant the Services permission to post content on your behalf. This includes videos, captions, and all metadata associated with your content.
While you retain ownership of your content, you acknowledge that Estatefunnel is not responsible for content that is deleted, flagged, or penalized by Social Media Platforms due to policy violations.
Estatefunnel reserves the right to restrict or disable the automatic posting feature in the following cases:
By using the automatic posting feature, you consent to the sharing of certain data with the connected Social Media Platforms, such as video metadata and captions. This data sharing is subject to the privacy policies of each platform.
You agree to indemnify Estatefunnel against any claims, damages, or penalties arising from the use of the automatic posting feature.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Quebec.
Estatefunnel uses cloud infrastructure and third-party technical providers to operate, secure, and support the Services. These providers may process information in different jurisdictions depending on operational needs and the services used.
Estatefunnel applies reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the Services to govern these providers. Practices relating to the collection, use, retention, and transfer of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
